What year was ODLH prime???

Late 90's....about 95-2000 or so.

 

Probally about 1997-2001

 

1998-1999

 

around 1997 to 2000 a fighters prime is usually from 27 to 30 maby 31

 

even though he absolutely stunk it out against Trinidad, 1999 would have to be considered his prime, IMO. That was the year he finally stepped up and fought Quartey and Trinidad and was at his absolute peak, both athletically, skillwise, and activity wise. Since 1999 he has never come close to fighting 3 times in a calendar year.

I agree that the first fight against Mosley was his first loss.

 

Thats not what what I said. IMO out of the Whitaker and Quartey fights, Oscar lost one of them or got a generous amount of rounds courtesy of the judges. Im being fair by saying just one. Now what i said was that the first loss to Mosley, which was i think 99/00, was the last time you saw Goldie in his prime and i think you can agree his first CLEAR loss. DLH looked real good the first six rounds but then gassed as Shane stayed the same but thats Goldie for ya, almost but not quite.
