Suddenly Povetkin shows interest in fighting Wlad. How come?

    povotkin went and padded his record for extra bucks with wlad..plain and simple..hes ready because he wants a ****ing payday...wlad was great against haye..dominated a guy 2 stone lighter who done nothing but run away all night..

    what extra bucks?? he was already in a mandatory challenger position with a guaranteed purse split that was going pay out 2 Mil to him. Fighting a few cans instead of taking the shot won't earn him anything more.

    It's simple really. Up untill Haye fight, Wlad consistently showed that it is IMPOSSIBLE to leave the ring on your own two feet with the prime Klitschko. Eddy Chambers gave Povetkin a world of trouble but was dispatched in such a brutal manner that Povetkin and his crew wanted nothing to do with Wlad. Now that Haye showed a blueprint of how to lose without suffering life-threatening injuries, Povetkin is very interested.

    im taklin about something along the lines of wat haye done..waiting and waiting..people want to see the fight which brings more money...obviously not on the scale of the haye money..but atlas isnt a complete idiot is he??im sure there was method in the madness.how many fighters do you know who are actually scared to fight???

    or, maybe he really trusted what Atlas said at first. I mean, he did go out of his way to work with the guy.

    Again, you could be right.... but neither of us really knows.

    What we do know now: he wants to fight Wladdy-bear.

    Even this shows that Povetkin was scared. He could earn this huge amount of money and he turns the fight down. Strange, isn't it?

    Teddy Atlas said that Povetkin himself always wanted to fight Wlad but it was him that wanted his fighter to wait and get more experience before faceing Klitschko.

    Atlas is the main reason this fight hasnt happened yet

    Nobody claimed Haye risked making a fight neither, I said when it was clear as day that Haye brought nothing to the fight, Wlad did nothing to make it a fight he played a saftey 1st type approach

    What happens if Potvetkin beats Chagaev for the WBA paper belt, and then refuses to fight Wlad?

    Do they strip him and give the regular title to Wlad, and how could he defend two WBA mands in a year while also defending his WBO, IBO, and IBF mands at the same time?:lol::lol::-(
