Does this mean a Kessler fight vs Stieglitz will be in Herning DK in September?

    Patrick Reinhard Nielsen (Danish MW prospect) is set to fight on the third of september in Herning DK opponent to be announced. Usually he fights on Kessler's undercard so maybe this means that a Stieglitz Kessler fight is close to being a done deal for the third of September?

    Would be nice to get it out of the way so the way i clear for Bute Kessler or a fight against the winner of the SS6.

    Could be! Let us not overlook Stieglitz like that though.

    Just yesterday MBaye lost his title because he overlooked and underestimated his opponent.

    Stieglitz is world champion and has improved with the belt. He will fight teeth and nails to beat Mikkel.

    I agree with you Joe.
    A fight with Stieglitz is no foregone conclusion and with Kessle's injury record it is difficult to predict which form he will be in for a fight.

    Stieglitz would have to have improved a hell of a lot since his tko against Andrade 3 years ago or Kessler would have to be very faded for Stieglitz to win that fight. Kessler would be too big and good for Stieglitz as I see it.

    i´ve been told the fight could possibly take place on October 22 in Germany.. don´t know but doubt it will be in September..

    The 3rd september is a "fight night" event isnt it?
    I doubt Kessler will fight there.. I expect Patrick Nielsen, the rest of the danish prospects and Rudy Marcussen (hopefully) to fight in september..
    And then Kessler-Stieglitz in Oktober or November..

    Stieglitz is on the same level with Beyer; we'll only see on what level is Kessler-2011 vs. Kessler-2006
