lot of respect for Macklin now days. do think Sturm beats him in a rematch and i didnt think sturm won the first fight to. He will win a world title before he retires though.

Lets hope in November he beats Sturm and Barker does the business agaisnt Martinez. Then its super fight time at the 02.

If the rematch does come about it really should be fought in America

Cant see Sturm wanting to leave Germany to risk the title.

If Sturm is a true sportsman he`ll fight in America if not then the case really is closed and proves Sturms a loser

Well Sturm has fought a few matches where he won a controversial decision in Germany, and the rematches have always took place in German aswell. I cant see the Macklin rematch being any diffrent if it comes off. I will say this about Strum though, he has shown the ability to adapt in rematches and win clearly the second time around. He did this for the rematches with Randy Griffin and Javier Castillejo, and I think he will do it again against Macklin. As much as I will be rooting for Mack, I get the feelin that Sturm would beat him clearly in a return bout and there would be no controversial decision.

Well if thats the case Sturm aint got nothing to worry about, surely he believes in his ability? If so fight on neutral ground

The fact that Sturm jumped straight in and offered the rematch shows he's a decent sportsman at the very least.
