    pac has said repeatedly that he would fight floyd. Floyd only comes out of the woodworks when pac is signed to fight someone else. where was floyd when their was talk of negotiations. he was nowhere to be seen, that was the actual time to make himself be heard. He only starts talking **** when pacs signed to fight someone. Why would that be.
