    2 major Robberies that immediately spring to mind are
    Lewis-Holyfield 1
    Reid-ottke

    So many to choose from but then there are so many debatable decisions that really could have gone either way and divide opinion (macklin-sturm). Seldom are they stonewall.

    Gifts at home is exactly the same
    Froch-dirrell
    Calzaghe-Reid
    Fury-mcdermot
    All close fights. Some even accused khan of robbing limmond by receiving a long count. I dont buy into that theory mind you. How many refs count precisely to the second??? Much like us their body clocks aren't made of bloody quartz.

    Froch vs Dirrell is a recent example of a home decision but robbery? I'm not sure about that. The Sturm Macklin cards were a mess but, again, close fight.

    Lewis Holyfield 1 was a disgrace.

    Don't get me wrong I really don't think froch v dirrell was a robbery. I was just putting forward an example of a fight which divided opinion.

    Yeah don't have time to think about a definitive list but the two worst robberies that spring to mind were Reid/Ottke and Holyfield/Lewis1.

    Couple of Eubanks spring to mind. Not gifts but fortunate to get nod in close fights. Especially first Close one.

    Just the 2 issues with this...

    A) It was not a robbery
    B) The "away" fighter got the decision in the "home" fighter's country so you've obviously not understood the question correctly.

    Both British fighters but the champion was the guy who won what some saw as a dubious decision. I myself did not see it as a robbery. I was simply offering up a couple of examples to illustrate my previous point. Examples that I have seen banded about on these forums several times in the past.
