anyone have any recipes for these? after working out i usually just drink soya milk but i'd like something a bit more efficient.
my grandad used to make me homemade protein shakes, i don't know what was in them i just remember them being thick and creamy white in colour.
Milk, banana, honey, skim milk powder, peanut butter. You can also buy cartons of egg whites or powdered eggs.
Just add anything. Play with it. Generally milk, some kind of fruit, some kind of protein (egg, skim milk powder, commercial protein powder) and some kind of fat (egg, peanut butter, almond butter), then you can add whatever else you want for flavour (I like honey, but chocolate or something would work just as well)
1 sirloin steak 16oz 1 rump steak 16oz wall nuts 500g sunflower seeds 500g 4 large scrambled eggs cheese of your choice 300g 2 pints of milk Blend and enjoy.
