Read what he said. He said "they think he's a jabber", implying that he isn't one. And he isn't. Mayweather is not someone who could ever be called a "jabber", because he doesn't formulate a fight plan round his jab or heavily rely on his jab, the way that jabbers such Holmes, Quartey and Winky did.

Mayweather has an excellent jab, but that's irrelevant here because the guy never said anything to the contrary.
