I'm not saying he doesn't know his **** or gives bad advice & I'm not in the know here, but does he be part part of training camps or is he just ****ed in there for all w@rren fighters? a corner should be team - not someone looking over your shoulder, if he's part of everyones training camp I take it back - unlikely though...........
I totally agree mate. I don't like way he shouts over trainers and seems to wanna add final piece at end of every round. I think he's only worth while in Clev's corner because Clev's dad's a mentalist in the corner .
Gaz is right. Hes the only person that talks any sense in Cleverleys corner. Clevs dad is a joke. Cleverley wont realise his potential until he loses and switches trainer imo. Didnt Powell start off as a cutman and thats his role with many of ******s fighters?
He's a good motivator but I often feel that he is stepping on the trainers toes. As has been said though, with Clev that isn't always a bad thing.
To be fair to him he was the only one interested in Chisoras corner....the Nigerian president guy was clueless.
I must say Dean has been brilliant in the corner with myself and my fighters,we talk in between the rounds but 95% of the time he doesnt say much during the minute break and when he does its usally constructive!
Did anyone else think that reff last night was complete toss pot and should of sorted them clinch's out and been abit more in controll of the fight. I mean fury held chisora over the ropes which seemed like a life time, he just stood there watching like a little ppof.
