McCloskeys and Mallignaggis stock just went up IMO

    I thought khan completely outclassed Paulie in there fight, but looking back paulie actually got through and hit khan a couple times as you could see khans marked up face after the fight. Same goes for McCloskey who i thought didnt want to fight but looking back he lasted longer in there then Judah and took alot less punishment.....

    I think Paulie can move on now knowing he got beat by a genuinely good fighter and not just some kid, he will still make little noise at 147, As for Paul i think he can rate his defence above Judahs.

    Paulie's just tough, we've known that since the Cotto fight. He can hang with the best, but that's it really.
    Don't really remember the McCloskey fight.

    agreed, paul mccloskey did a far better job than judah. Mccloskey will be up there at the top soon enough, maybe he wouldnt beat khan but hes definetly good enough to be a champion.

    Huhhhhhhhhhhh? Malignaggi was just as outclassed, he just lasted longer. Hardly raises his stock, just tells you he can take a punch which we already know. Taking punches isn't really a redeeming feature, its a last resort. McCloskey did **** all, again theres nothing to really raise his stock in that, not throwing punches doesn't give any room to raise his stock. He did nothing in the fight.

    Yeah, McCloskey was content to stand out of range all night. Big whoop, he lasted a round longer than someone who at least looked like he wanted to fight.

    McCloskey may have been behind but he was totally comfortable and was growing into in the fight and did way more than Judah. People seem to forget he did have moments in this fight he was frustrating Khan and making him miss a lot. Khan was lunging in and looked very amateur at times. > Saying he didnt want to fight is plain rubbish.

    also i thought khan looked alot better in that fight than he has recently. Looser and fighting a smarter fight getting his shots off before Judah and a bit of head movement thrown in aswell. McCloskey gets nothing because he wasnt there to fight.
