    Duran is not just a 'tough guy'. His skills were so subtle, so refined that he went all the way up to M/W and was very competative with arguably the G.O.A.T at that weight.

    No, not every time. History has shown that there are exceptions.

    But some of these examples above...the "tough guys" who won were plenty skilled themselves.
