If it's just the promo, then I think it has.

Ortiz looks deadly serious. My initial impression is that he is not the least bit intimidated.

Exatcly, With Mayweather coming off 16 month lay off, and facing one of the most biggest and most legit WW's in their prime... this dude ain't no DLH who was old and could barely pull the trigger, he ain't no Baldomir... he is gonna surprise many people, and the advantages he has will make themselves apparent during the fight instead of people not wanting to admit his advantages now and and haters trying to discredit a very good fight.

I'm glad Victor went trough Maidana debacle because then he received the critism and it was a huge learning experience for him where he got to mature and learn from his mistakes.

A true warrior, accepts defeat but comes back harder... Just imagine if Pac would have gave up after getting TKO twice in his younger days, people grow up they mature and are all the better, with the mentality victor has coming into this I wouldn't be surprised with an upset.

I seriously hope Ortiz pulls of the upset and shakes things up a bit.He is a good humble kid with an exciting style and He definitely has the tools and physical attributes to do it. As far as his criticism i think he did everything in the world in the Berto fight to redeem himself. Im not saying he will beat Mayweather but with the Layoff, outside of the ring distractions and being at a physical(size and strength)disadvantage it COULD happen.
