Watching Khan/Judah again last night really made me think of Pac. Khan would move his head/gloves in the same manner. He would also bounce on his feet in the same manner. Out of any fighter I see Khan being most like Pac.

Then I see this article thought I'll post it up.

Has me thinking what is it about Roach's training?

There was great comparison of Larry Holmes to Ali too during the 1980's and you can see why. Because they're sparring partners. In a way, I see a Pac moves in Amir. I can see Amir shooting that right then closes the gap so the counters won't have much sting in it and the pivot as well. Also when he sets up and commits his punches to me its more like Pac now than before. Amir needs to develop his head movement and limit those misses when he fires combo. He's only 24 so there's doubt he will improve with Roach.

Guys who train together pick things up from one another.

To be honest there is not really anything out of the ordinary.

Khan is Young, Khan fights Spars and spends time with pac, Khan is impressionable and Pac is his idol/Role Model.

I cant see how Pac would not influence Khan.

As much as most people wont admit it we all try to emulate our idols in some way shape or form.

I noticed Amir fainting and holding his guard up like Pac. Other then that the only ressemblance is speed.

did you see how Khan ducked to the left under Zab's jab and countered with the straight right through the guard? It's like a mirror image of Pac. The difference is in the sharpness. Everything about Pac is sharper than Khan like comparing an HDTV to a regualr TV. They both show the same thing but the quality is completely different.

I mean there are still some big differences in their styles but you get the point.

I can see what you guys are talking about but I have to disagree!! Pac throws more punches and from wild angles while Khan is not as wild but still hops around like Pac. I just feel fighting a great counter puncher with some power will be his downfall. While Pac can fight both counter and power punchers and still hold his own.
