    1. Get rid of Duke. 2. I dunno whose duty this is but when they are showing a fight you shouldnt be able to hear the bell ring in the middle of a round or hear the ring announcer in the middle of a round. Very annoying. 3. HIRE SOME PEOPLE THAT ARENT ACTUALLY ******ED TO ANSWER YERE ****ING PHONES

2 things I would like from the Channel...

    1) Either get more pundits in the studio to liven it up, 3 or 4 rather then just 2 or ditch the uk pundits all together and get the Yank/HBO commentary instead.

    2) Let me record the ****ing channel so I can re-watch it the next day in my own leisure....this is 2011, everyone has HD and on demand type services....these guys can't even let me record it and store it locally...Stop spending the cash on protecting/ scrambling your picture and spend that money on an HD quality picture instead and let is record the fight....it gets robed and streamed anyway, so just give that scrambling thing up please.

They dont give a **** about boxing. The lack of boxing on the station says it all apart from Khan there interest lies elsewhere. I think they may go and try and the UFC from ESPN in the future rather than show more boxing.

Sky + recording on Primetime works exactly the same as it does with Sky themsleves. If you have a phoneline connected and order through your remote you can record. If you order by phone/online we send a direct signal which unfortunately blocks recording - this is exactly the same if you order by phone with Sky.

Once you are registered with primetime you never need call us to order if you have a phoneline connected to your box, just order from the box office menu like any other box office service

    HD broadcast

Trained staff manning the telephones-45 minutes it took me to register/book the fight with Primetime on Saturday teatime. I could've easily slung the phone down an said sod it, not worth the bloody hassle after a 12 hour working day.

Are you still claiming there were no technical difficulties?

Improve the quality of the presentation or reduce the cost of the PPV.

I don’t mind paying £15 if I’m really getting my money’s worth. I’d expect a replay of Khan-Maidana/Mcloskey, Judah-Mabuza, plus a short documentary about both fighters. That should be something that comes as standard on a specialist PPV channel.

I expect competent broadcast teams and that Hispanic ****wit was seriously testing my patience after five minutes. There are good commentators out there, so why do they pick the most hyperbolic, repetitive, clueless tossers out there? Get Woodhall and a boxing person as the blow-by-blow man, stop getting football people. We need people who will ask interesting questions and analyse the action the way Bernstein and Farhood do.

The lack of HD and the poor quality of the internet broadcast are big no-nos. Again this is a pricing issue. Seconds Out TV do similar quality PPVs for £5 at most, usually.

Hire Ian Darke as commentator. You will not find a person on this or any other board who dislikes Ian Darkes commentary.

If he commentated on paint drying it would sound exciting.

Sort the picture quality out. I turned over to primetime and thought i'd been downgraded to Sky minus.

everyone understands primetime aren't a company with money to spend so we can accept their poor quality as long as they improve but more importantly become more efficient. one thing that wasn't right is that the studio was in VEGAS, really that was just a waste of a load of money, the two pundits in the studio got a week in vegas, im presuming at least 4 star accomodation with all expenses paid for, now instead you stick them in a U.K studio saving your money and being able to spend that finance in areas which actually do something to your production.

for PPV fights the build up is almost always better than the fight, which is the key to it being a success. now lazarus is talking about billboard advertisment, well if you want to sell more then yes, but this thread is about how to make their production better so really for the build up shows employ some professionals to do it. the build up shows for khan vs judah was without doubt the worst build up show i've ever seen in 15 years of watching the sport. what you had to do is hire a cameraman and get him to follow khan everywere for 6 weeks, hire some professionals (gorilla productions) to do the editing and get them to create 2 build up show for the week prior to the fight.

now in the studio you have to get people who know boxing and people want to hear from. bunce, bernstein, roy jones and malignaggi would have been great. roy jones is a legend to almost everyone who follows boxing around the age of 18-30, who by the way is your mass audience, i know people who would buy the PPV just to hear from roy jones rather than the fight.

so to sum up, become more effiencent, improve the build up, improve the quality of pundits.

A Geographic telephone number ( non 0871 ) when your customers end up paying the price of the PPV in calls alone from a mobile it's not good. The Mcloskey hold time to order over the phone was too long, this time it wasn't too bad even though I ordered on the day at the last minute.
