Maybe Herb saw something that cameras didn't catch. Seemed early.

Was a bit early I thought, too, but Fedor clearly went out cold for a second from that uppercut from top position. It splayed him flat. I think the subsequent punches woke him back up. Fedor didn't seem to protest, though.

He collapsed flat on his face. He was out. Kind of quick but a tough spot for the ref.

Did you see how defensless Fedor was when he turned around on the ground? Hendo's hands would've just kept coming to him.

Good stoppage. He went facedown with his arms at his side after that Hendo punch.

It wasn't stopped early but I can see why people would say that.

If you still say it after the replay then I'm speechless. Herb is the best there is.

I saw Fedor take a shot and fall on his damn face. He was out and i don't see it having gone any better for him if Herb didn't stop it.

My only thing is he took like 3 or 4 shots to the back of the head after falling?...Then, he still manages to roll over, and has both hands up to block.
I can see it either way, but I do think a little early. I doubt he'd recover, but if anybody could recover it is Fedor. If he would have not rolled over, and had his hands up to block then I'd agree (although at the point he did roll over the ref was there).

I've never seen Fedor's body go limp like that. Dean is one of the best in the business if not the best so he gets the benefit of the doubt. If Fedor gave up the dominant position that easily to a smaller man then you know he's not fighting at an elite level anymore. Fedor was a great fighter but you have to be able to appreciate what Hendo is doing at the age of 40. Still has some pop in his hands.

I hope that you guys are kidding. If not, you don't understand the fight game very much. Fedor was OUT. He went completely limp falling on his face. Henderson was going to rain down some disasterous blows if that fight wasn't stopped. What he did land, woke Fedor back up... only half way as Fedor was still completely out of it when he was sitting on his butt.

Great fight, great stoppage. Hendo is simply amazing.
