How about some love for Royce Gracie and Renzo Gracie?

As usual, I don't really understand your input. What does your question have to do with anything? :huh

The one problem with picking Penn...is that he doesn't excel at fighting above lightweight. I mean his record is above 155Ibs is 5-4-1 as opposed to 11-3-1 at lightweight.

I'd look at people like Fedor or Randy Couture who's style worked better when going up against bigger, slower, less coordinated guys than men closer to their own frame.

I think Melvin Manhoef or BJ Penn are least intimidated when it comes to fighting giants.

Manhoef especially. It takes balls of steel to take on the giants in K1/MMA knowing full well that your chin isn't up to par.

Good shout with Manhoef. Manhoef realistically without all his muscles is a 170lb dude. He's been as high as heavyweight in both the K-1 and MMA. Dam shame that guy never came to the UFC in his prime. UFC fans would have creamed their pants.

Yea Royce didn't care who he fights and same with renzo. Royce especially fighting those big dudes at the early ufc days and it was crazy back then since he has to fight multiple times in one night.

You could probably fill out a whole list with Japanese dudes. One that comes to mind is Hiromitsu Kanehara, he fought Wand, Cro Cop, Overeem and Shogun in a row.
