How was Floyd to know that Arum would: request $3million per pound if he failed to make weight, dictate glove/ring size, dictate order of ring entrance, etc.? (all of which Floyd agreed to)

Arum expected Floyd to turn down the 50/50 split, or the $3 million penalty, or the glove size, or any other item that he placed in the contract. When Floyd agreed to all of team Pac's demands, Arum jumped on the OSDT (which they had already agreed to) as a way out.

You have to be an absolute twat to believe Floyd is asking this OSTD to level the playing field. He's clearly hiding and using this test instead of just fighting Pac and whoop him and cruise to an easy decision :patsch

Let's see how great Pacquiao is after taking random blood and urine tests from USADA, shall we?

Oh wait he won't take them because giving blood weakens him,...oh wait it's because USADA isn't neutral....

so WADA is the same thing, but it's not OK... but USADA is ok...

So Pac is ducking Floyd because he asked for WADA instead of USADA... but they are the same thing.

    right

LOL about the people talking about how Mayweather doesn't want to fight a dirty fighter. Yeah...That didn't stop him from fighting a proven cheat like Mosley. Then again, whenever your 40 years old, and Mayweather knows he can kick your ass for sure the whole dirty boxer thing goes out the window.
So, thanks for that logic. He knows damn well Pac isn't an easy fight. I'm a Pac fan of course, but I think this fight is 50/50. Mayweather knows even if he wins he's not going to look good, and he's taking a serious risk in fighting Pac.

Mayweather needs to step up and stop demanding tests, just stop the crap and get in there and prove you are PFP.

Floyd is psychic. Floyd KNEW Pac and his team would AGREE to take the tests, then when contract time came around they would REFUSE to agree, unless they got the specific cutoff they wanted.

You think he's undefeated for nothing? Dude is a ****ing genius.

No. Pac is ducking Floyd because his team stated they'd agree to the tests without issue until time to actually SIGN the contract came around. :deal

This fight could have happened on a 14 day cutoff two years ago, stop trying to cover the tracks for your boy Pacman.

Ok so if Bobby Arum agreed to whatever WADA says then this fight should be getting made after Ortiz.

Hopefully we don't see any articles surface after the Marquez fight with Arum claiming they won't submit to USADA testing, don't count on it though, Arum's still got some cheese fights for Pac left like a Cotto rematch.
