You are completely biased and obviously American

These Welsh pundits I speak of have no association with Joe Calzaghe, and any claim to the contrary may result in legal action on their part

    Choose your words carefully

JC his a victim of his own success, also the era he fought in. Myabe if he came along and beat a prime eubank, jones and toney when they were ruling the division maybe people will stop having a go at him and give him the credit he deserves because going unbeaten for ten years as champ takes some going.

Ohhh noooo not the "Welsh pundits". Please don't threaten legal action :rofl!!!

    You are just a joke.

I am not biased in anyway. Check my old posts. I LIKE CALZAGHE. He seems like a decent guy, and certainly is a very good fighter. However, just because I like him, doesn't mean he is P4P #1.

You have under 3,000,000 people in Wales with a Per Capita income of about $20,000. Somehow I am not scared...

I agree. The point is, between the Eubank fight and the Lacy fight, who was JC fighting??? He didn't secure any big fights at Light Heavy, he never got ahold of Roy Jones, Hopkins, Tarver (after 03), Johnson, etc. I don't deny that some fighters ducked JC, but that's his problem.

HE IS A VERY GOOD FIGHTER. But, he is SOOOOO OVERRATED because his resume proves nothing other than dominating a weak division and refusing the go to other weight classes to secure BIG FIGHTS.

The Feminine Flurry likes to wear a white belt with his jeans like a high school girl. He probably wears frilly panties also.

The guy's resume makes Obama's look like he's Churchill and Roosevelt combined. Slappy has speed and a good sense of distance when he's focused but the guy is definitely a bit of a fraud as a boxer.

He's not a "fighter" and he is definitely lacking in the desire to prove himself against the best. If he was a real warrior he would have called out the top American middle/supermiddles in their primes 5-10 years ago. Deals could have been made, slappy could have come to America, gotten up in the face of the top US black fighters and played the race issue and been like -"Y'all are nervous about me handing your ass back to you. Afraid to lose your street cred losing to a guy who looks like me. You bitches need to sign the deal and let's get it on."

But he didn't want it. He was happy just bein' slappy so he didn't want to fight the nappy to prove who was really crappy!

I was channeling Jesse Jackson for a second. :good

What's reality? That you want to receive intimate pleasure from Calzaghe? Get your head out of his ass. Your boy Calzaghe went from 1999-2006 without fighting a big named fighter. They were out there, he never made the fights happen.

So, just admit that he'd rather sit over in Europe fighting bums and keeping his face unmarked, then step up to a real challenge.

Tell me about these great American middleweight/supermiddleweights that were actually realistic fights for Joe

    I'm all ears...

My simple point is...ALL THAT MATTERS IS THE RESUME AND THE RESULTS OF THOSE FIGHTS. Who cares why Calzaghe didn't fight the best...the point is HE DIDN'T!

If you don't fight the best, you can't be P4P #1.

Not when the WBO are picking your mandatories it doesn't.

He deserves credit for the last 2 years only, the rest was just a long line of nobodies.

"There are only several or so fans who realise Calzaghe is the all time P4P number one."

The above sentence makes your thread seem foolish.
