As soon as he signs to fight Floyd He will go from being an hypejob to being as dangerous as prime Tommy Hearns.

    Just wait and see.

I am not a fan and am a big critic of Khan's ring intelligence but he is doing everything right at the moment.

They said he was avoiding punchers after being KO'ed, he not only faced the biggest puncher in the division in Maidana but took big punches in earning a hard fought victory.

He then called out the top fighter in his division in Bradley and offered him 50/50 despite being the bigger draw. Bradley declines and so Khan unifies against Judah.

I expected Khan to falter against Judah and struggle but he showed much more composure than when he fought McClosky and dominated Judah.

He is improving with each fight, he looked faster than ever and stronger than ever against Judah. Khan may not be elite yet but he's getting there, there is no hype he is the top man at 140lbs now, he has unified 2 major titles and the other champion in his division is blantantly ducking him. I for one never expected Khan to achieve what he has after seeing him destroyed by Prescott. Kudos to Khan I am still not a fan but you've earned my respect, he maybe cocky and arrogant and say stupid **** but he is backing up what he is saying now.

My words if you did not use them. Good post. Lets see if Bradley surprises everyone and takes the challenge come this November. It still could happen.

Ive always been a Khan fan (even if i do admit that he had a few negatives both in and outside of the ring but then who doesn't?) but your post is a refreshing change from all the people who cant admit that they now see a change in him for the better. :good

End of the day, maybe he is being hyped up more than he shoud

But I have the upmost respect for any boxer (Especially one at 25 years old) who wants to fight the best fighters out there, unify his division, then move up to 147 to take on the greatest we have

I wish more fighters would do the same

Judah went 12 rounds with Matthysse and even though he got a hometown decision it was a close fight. Matthysse got robbed again against Alexander but declared Zab a much more worthy opponent.

If Judah can go 12 rounds against a warrior like Matthysse who dominated Alexander in much more convincing style than Bradley, it gives you some idea of where we're at in the 140 division.

    Khan>Maidana/Matthysse/Bradley>Judah/Peterson/Alexander etc

Kotelnik, Maidana, Malignaggi and Judah isn't too shabby.

his not hype his over-rated in my opinion good fighter fast hands but hasn't done anything special to be named in any pound for pound rankings i don't believe, best win was against his only real live opponent who went to win and could win and that was maidana very good win but defo should be a rematch due to the closeness of it. judah was a step down from that obviously not in his peak but go look at judahs last 5 fights and youll see he is gone. so that win shouldnt enhance khans p4p ranking just cuz it was for a title. and i believe khan struggles with tall fighters i.e prescott. or fighters who fight tall. all in all khan is a good champ but not on the level people is saying he is.

even though, i was not impressed with his victory over zab, who i thought was close to shot, he has improved tremendously with freddie roach. i just think he has problems with pressure fighters. hopefully, we wont see the trend of gb hooking him up with guys who wont give him problems. he is obviously watering down his challenge with maidana. says he will fight the winner of maidana-guerrero, we'll see
