    I don't see how this **** is smart. Not getting a tune up to improve, not getting a shot at the belt and a good payday, ****ing with your remaining loyal fans.

    I think this guy fell off the wagon and knew he was in no shape to fight. We forget these fighters are people too. If Pavlik has been drinking and not training properly, he shoudn't be getting into the ring. It sucks for the few hundred people who brought tickets for this Saturday's fight, but it's probably for the best that he pulled out.

    I used to train with Cunningham and while I didn't have him winning the fight, he deserved the TV spot and money. He was improving and has a little streak going. NO respect for KP. Go burn in Ohio. He'd never last in DETROIT.

    Makes you wonder there is some serious talent out there who are not even getting any where that sum of money, but still have the hunger to get a pay check to pay there bills and provide a good or even mediocre life and will put on a show for there fans.

    I just can not believe a boxer would turn down that sort of money when they are ina situation like pavlik in his career. I now pavlik has acustomed living and expects certain pay. 1

    Why would you turn down that sort of money at this time of your career when its so risky when your next fight might be your last? 1 million is so much money wonder who gave team pavlik or pavlik the idea to turn it down.
