What are everyone's thoughts on this fight? Has Sprott got it in him for one last hurrah, or does Dimitrenko simply have too much for him? I'm going to stick my neck on the line and pick Sprott to win this one, i think he's got a bit left in the tank - he's certainly not shot - and he'll be really up for this fight. Of course they're fighting in Germany but Sprott has fought over there A Lot so it must be a home from home for him! Thoughts, chaps?
Sprott got no chance. Eddie Chambers went to Germany, completely pummelled Dimitrenko knocking him down and everything and one judge still managed to give it a draw atsch
As much as I want to back Reading's finest, I can't see it happening. He won't be able to knock him out and he'd have to kill him to get a decision in Germany!
I dont know, Sebastien Sylvester actually lost his title without actually being machine gunned down and hit over the head with a hatchet, so u never know.
Sadly I think this will be the case Dimitrenko brutally knocked out Sosnowski to win this title poor Albert didnt know where he was for the next half hour after that upercut :-(
Sprott has got decisions in Germany before, notably handing Rene Dettweiller his first defeat when defending his EU title so you never know... I know it's a very long shot, but i just have a feeling he'll win.
I give him next to no chance. Dimitrenko has wins over better fighters than Sprott, and has only lost to a world class heavyweight (Chambers). It's a big upset if Sprott wins this one
