Where is your source? Floyd got a 22.5 Million and Mosley got 7 Million.

While Floyd is boasting 22.5 Million in earnings he's going to have to pay more taxes while Pacqiao and Mosley only earned a fraction of what Floyd earns that he'll have to pay in taxes what they earn. Just have a look at what the commission reported.

Figures and numbers speak to those who care about the business side of the sport. It tells alot about fighters taking certain bouts, how much people view certain fights are worth, and hints at decisions made for NOT taking fights. We can then place our opinion on the situation accordingly. Not everyone likes boxing just to see two individuals throw punches and hope one gets KTFO.

Highly doubt Pac cried or lost any sleep over his ****ed contract, seems like he handled it like a grown man should, got an outside team involved in the situation and it's being taken care of. Manny is grown and makes his own decisions, not I don't feel sorry for him. Dude is rich, and if he makes the right decisions for the rest of his career he could become wealthy.

Exactly. You have to be out of your mind to guarantee him $40mil upfront against an opponent with no proven drawing power like Ortiz. Yes he's Mexican but the Mexicans dont view him as a real Mexican. He was born in Kansas for christ sakes. Plus he turned many Mexican fans off when he pulled a "no mas" against Maidana. He sort of redeemed himself with his win over Berto though.

Floyd knows he can make in upwards of $40mil with ppv upside, etc and as always, just threw that number out there and said it was his guarantee. He likes to exaggerate his purse amounts for whatever reason.
