Tomorrow's show is not about interviews...it's about naming fights and talking about fights. I'm thinking of a mix for tomorrow's show... a couple of boxers and then Alex Arthur, Terry Dooley, Dean Powell, Ron Boddy on amateur matches...short interviews packed with fights... The list of fights so far is long and I want to go through all of the 'em. Adios.
Can you ask Dean Powell about Liam Walsh. I think the guy is a class act but he seems to be getting forgotten about! Also will they push Joe Selkirk next season.
dont forget that you promised to discuss the burns cook issue at the end of your last show dont let me down bunce you are one of a few who has the guts to at least bring up the subject
When there is news about Burns/Cook I will discuss it, when the bookies tell us the 'amount' placed that alarmed them all so much and when somebody with clout believes that something was wrong. Then and only then will I look at it. I saw nasty body/back punches and a fighter in agony. I saw a fighter in agony try and fight on. I saw Burns target the area. That's what I saw. I don't care what the gang of after-time geniuses said on SKY. Newbon had two hours to tell us that Cook's back was going to go! He never did and when it went...he became a genius, cheers Gaz! That's what I think, sorry if that is not what you saw. Adios.
The list of 'guests' will hopefully include Dean Powell, Joe Gallagher, Frank Maloney, Terry Dooley, Ron Boddy, Tris Dixon, Francis ******, Mick Costello and about six others - it's very fluid and all about getting a top ten or even top 20 fights that people want to see in Britain in the coming season. Next week will be about isolating six or more fighters and talking to them about their hopes for the next season - this week it is people from the industry. Adios and thanks.
