    Yeah, he's talking about how to shoot the straight right, tucking in your chin on the inside, creating angles, etc. All great tips for a boxer, but I doubt anything which he's said there can apply to Rashad and what MMA guys do in the octagon.

    Bernard's just kissing ass here. Good video, though.

    Cheers, I'll have a look later, Rashad is a good boxer / stand up fighter so it will probably help him.

    I don't know anything about MMA, but Bernard was emphasizing the lead leg - something which I thought MMA fighters are not inclined to using. They have to worry about having their legs swepped away and taken down; therefore a proper boxing stance is out of the question for them.
