    Vivian Harris?

    I'd put Kostya Tszyu higher, within top 3. (Chavez, Pryor and Tszyu in any order)

    Too early to include Khan and Bradley.

    Tricky after then. I know oscar only had a couple of fights there but he beat two quality opponents impressively. Same with pac. Obviously these can't be fitting of a top ten place but they're noteworthy imo.

    No Loi? Seriously? And I'm still not sure how people rate Pryor that highly. Pryor ahead of Locche is absurd.

    Duran would actually have been the best, or one of the best, if he hadn't skipped right over the division to defeat one of the greatest welterweight champions of all time in Montreal.

    No Miguel Cotto? Cotto had a solid run at 140 and beat quite a few champions/former champions and future champions.

    Sorry, I don't think Tszyu should be top 3. JCC and Pryor destroys him any day. Ross, Benitez, to name a few beats him imho.
