Thanks! To add to the point I was making in my previous post, see how much better it looks when you "step away" from it a bit...

Took me awhile to notice it. It's like everything blends in together better and is smoother. The emerald green coloring in the piece looks great.

Have you ever made some artwork involving Mayweather, Hopkins, Robinson, Whitaker, or Hearns?

You might like this Holyfield I painted for Charles White in the Seatlle Wash area.

If Holyfield had two dollars to rub together, he may hire you himself. Very good :thumbsup

That Ray vs. Basillio one is serious business. Not that the others aren't, but that looks like a photo. It's criminal that you aren't getting paid for this.

I agree that the guy in the original post is a rip off of Leroy Neiman (who I've never cared AT ALL).

I'm no fan of Holyfield, but I like the way the background and belt around his waist was painted.

I like both of them. They're both talented. The other guy work is very stylized, though. It's flashy & cool but obviously less detailed. The Mayweather-Ortiz one just looks insane.

I like realistic paintings so I like Jetski's style more but both guys have serious talent.

Richard T. Slone missed the mark on Cotto's face though. It looks a little off.

    Good work, Jetski.

I generally like a lot of Slone's paintings but I'm not really feeling this Mayweather-Ortiz one. Mayweather looks like's trying to focus on something else the way he's just standing completely straight up and isn't even looking at what he's doing while Ortiz is just being pesky or something.
