Having Ricky Hatton that high, above two great hall of fame fighters in Loi and Perkins, is blasphemy. I wouldn't even put him over Frankie Randall. And why the **** is Amir Khan on some of these lists? Slap yourselves, people!
Dudeatsch U say youve been a fan for over 20 years... But this is the 2nd uninformed comment youve said today on Chavez.... Hattons resume cant touch JCs even at JW..... Tszyu title defenses and lengthy stay is closem, but ability wise he wasnt on Chavez level either.. ... IM not gonna run down all the former champs, top contenders JC beat at 149 but its certainly more than Hattons.. Feel free to check it out on Boxing records... But hes got a number of FOrmer champs and excellent fighters on his resume (just at JW). And unlike those 2 Chavez didnt lose at that weight till he was far past it and been there for quite some years. PRYORS RESUME ISNT AS LONG AS tSZYU BUT I STILL RATE HIM HIGHER BASED ON HOW I FEEL AN hth MATCHUP WOULD HAVE TURNED OUT.
1. Aaron Pryor 2. Julio Cesar Chavez 3. Kostya Tsyzu 4. Barney Ross 5. Antonio Cervantes 6. Nicolino Locche 7. Tony Canzoneri 8. Wilfredo Benitez 9. Pernell Whitaker 10. Meldrick Taylor
Are we basing this on accomplishments at the weight,or head to head? If its head to head, i can think of several that were missed,P.Whiticker,Delahoya,Pacquiao and F.Mayweather to name four.
