    Yeah you have put some weight on, well done bud.

    My body is lookin better atm but not putting weight on, im 70kg atm. Did chin for the first time in a while, **** im sore, cant lift my elbows up, hurts too much.

    So i hope your doin legs now mate?

    Im on tribulus, i get the natures worlds type i think, he red bottle.

    Get a girlfriend, you will need one taking those pills.
