Oscar that fought Floyd didn't look much better than the Pacquiao version...

I think I remember reading Oscar going to the hospital for the IV after the weigh ins, for rapid rehydration. If that is true, that seems excessive to me and probably an indication of weight troubles. If a fighter has to pull water out of their body to get to the contract weight, that weight is probably to low for the fighter to be fighting at.

Im not saying people are ******ed for draining down then filling back up(this seems to be the norm), but look at the longevity B-Hop has experienced by fighting at a weight class natural to his current physique and taking care of himself inbetween it all has done.

The thing about DLH is, he says a lot of ****, Often contradictory of other studd he says. Case in point: "Pac doesn't hit that hard" then "Pac hit unnnaturally hard..." or " I feel great at this weight, been at this weight for a week", **** like that.

The thing is, and I have heard that about him before, with the IV. But if he was under weight and feeling fine, why wait till after the weigh in for this IV? NOt syaing he's lying, but it just looks fishy.

are you crazy? it wasn't the same oscar. in the floyd fight, his weight was good. he was able to fight. he wasn't able to do anything in the pac fight. he was a weight drained zombie.

You can't be serious. Oscar who is naturally bigger then Pac, was the smaller man on that night, compared to when he fought Floyd. When he fought Floyd who is naturally bigger did Pac, Osacr was the bigger man on that night. The weight he lost to fight Pac definitely had an negative effect on him physically and probably mentally. Which is one of the reasons why Manny didn't go into Osacr weight class to fight him. Because he would have been facing a different Oscar then what he faced when he fought him.

Total bull****. Pac had just fought at 135 before DLH. That is why they met at 147. And DLH actually weighed in heavier then Pac on the day of the weigh in (Pac 142, DLH 145). So Pac hydrated a little more. Doesn't make him bigger then DLH.

Maybe you didn't watch the fight, but in the fight that I saw Pac was bigger then De la Hoyle and they only fought once, which means the fight that I saw was the fight that you seen if you seen it. It still does not change the fact, that it would of been a different fight if they fought at the 154 mark instead of the mark that they fought at. Floyd fought a bigger more helathier De La Hoyle. I remember hearing something about Oscar weighing over 160lbs on fight night. Floyd wasn't even at the 154lb mark.

Hitta Squadup - Did Oscar age 4 years in less than 2 years did he? Can't remember the exact dates now but Oscar fought Forbes then Manny after Floyd and had less time between fights than he did in the build up to the Floyd fight where he was taking a year off between fights. Less than 2 years between the 2 fights like I said. Shows you haven't been following the sport for long.

By the way, fans may forget now but knowledgable fans on the classic forum will tell you Ali ducked a Foreman re-match. The fight also took place in ridiculously hot conditions and there was rumours of Foreman being spiked.

Oh please....cut the "maybe you didn't watch the fight ****"... I just called you out on a blatant attempt to lie about the weight. You know you lied right? Or you formed your own conclusion to suit you, which is a whole nother bag of worms..

Pac had a couple pounds of DLH after rehydrating. As stated, Pac weighed less then him on the weigh in. If Pac out on more water weight, that hardly counts as being bigger.

BTW, it's not a fact when you are essentially make a guess, even if it MIGHT be true. It's still a guess at the end of the day.
