I grew up runnin cross country so i run alot. Ringside is next week n ive been runnin at 5 am anywhere from 5-8 miles. I go to the gym at 430 pm until 7 or 8, then when i get home i run again around the same distance.. I jump rope n do the stair master everyday too
around fight time maybe 2-3 weeks prior i start running everyday other than 5 days a weeks but i try to incorperate more sprinting and i also do the plyometrics video from p90x 2 days a week.
