yeah most likely. I almost scored a round for Castillo and then i rewatched it and saw half of his punches were below the waist or after the Ref says break or something. it could also explain the compubox numbers

Thats how fights should be scored. Round by Round. Thats why Williams won the Lara fight because the judges felt he won the close rounds.

 

Calzaghe beat Hopkins I am sorry but he just out worked him Nard should have fought him like he did Pascal in this last fight but didnt I also think that Nard was not given much credit for what he did in that fight due to his racist remarks so HBO basicly focused on Joe, However just cus they focused on Joe does not mean Joe did not beat Hopkins and Joe did beat Bernard

I always score every round individually, but I also put a question mark under swing rounds, therefore I can even it out if need be.

If I had 3 swing rounds, and was really struggling to separate the two fighters, but finally decided one guy edged those 3 rounds, then it wouldn't be right to score them all for him, simply because I wouldn't be giving the other guy enough of the benefit of the doubt, and if the rounds were that close, then its plausible the other guy might of pinched 1 or 2.

 

Hopkins won. Just more credit to actually landing meaningful shots.

 

I think scoring a fight comes down to your own rational.
