Just rewatching rd 7 with no sound, it appeared Floyd controlled the majority of that round with clean jabs, straight right hands, and good defense (save the pushing off with the elbows). Castillo landed some good shots, but, he was being led around the ring and picked off with punches, for the most part, in that rd, IMO.

zero or acatualy less than zero as in he lost. Get over it. Mayweather won. There was no robbery in that fight. Get over it Mayweather was the rightfull winner of that fight.

Floyd clearly won 5 of the first 6, I cant trust the judgment of anyone who says differently, so for someone to say Castillo won theyd have to believe that Floyd lost rounds 7-12, which is ridiculous.

I wouldn't say Castillo was robbed (too strong, given the closeness).

But I think he definitely beat Floyd by a point or two.

    Floyd got a 'gift.'

Floyd more than evened the score in the rematch.

    p

That wasn't my pont. My point was he won in every category. That includes compubox stats, effective punching, ring generalship and aggression. The only category he could have lost was defence.

Ring generalship yes. I'd say his aggression was effective as was floyd's defence and the two cancel each other out.

But no way can it be categorically stated that jose landed more clean and effective punches in 7 rounds.
