Floyd definitely stays in shape. He should be pretty sharp for this fight. Ortiz is a pretty big guy. Surprisingly, he's been melting down to fight at 140 for this long.

No doubt! I get nostalgic for the "Golden Era" of Hip-Hop, sometimes.

Floyd, the gym rat, could probably make weight at any time if given a couple day's notice. You can call Floyd a lot of things, but out of shape is never one of them.

Same thing with JMM right now for the Pac fight. If Floyd is still around 148-149 on fight night, he is staying at his fight night weight through out training wihout having to starve himself.

But it'd be interesting to see how much he actually does weigh on fight night (if they do show it). He may be 149 now, but he can still put on the weight and be 150+ - 160 on fight night to avoid being at a size disadvantage against his opponent. Floyd did look bigger than Mosley.

I keep telling everyone FLOYD IS SUPER SMALL IN PERSON, with a tiny tiny frame. He's got some muscle but he's slight, small bones. Morales weighs more than him (carries a lot of fat now). That's something else.

    Straight trollin

Floyd is a decently sized ww. Guys like Margarito and Clottey are big ww's.

For some reason guys have to be naturally 160+ to be in the "fully fledged" bracket. The more these fighters have to drain, come fight night they turn out, well, drained.

Im surprised that he is under 160. He looked a bit chubby.
