    floyd weighed 146 in the weigh in vs shane. how is he scawny? he backed came forward vs many guys who are bigger than him. he can probably make 140 if he wants

    Then the WBC would not sanction the bout and the title would be made vacant (unless Ortiz as champion has some specific arrangement with the WBC)
