He took a serious beating in the vitali fight. he seems to be showing signs of dementia.

"I showed that I wouldnt quit. If u look at his next fight, he fought solis and the guy lost in the first round and he made 1.7 million. hows he making that money ands shannon briggs isnt paid? he gets knocked out in the 1st round an undefeated young man, gone inside 3 minutes. it proves to me more and more when i look back on my fight with vitali that there is unfinished business."

"I had him hurt in the 10th round. klitschko buckled and he was ready to go! this was with one arm. ive got my desire back. im ready to embark on my mission. its not finished. im going to be heavyweight champion for the 3rd time."

Both of the Klitschko's would beat him like a rented mule..
No way he is winning a world title again.. Not in the current HW division...

The referee did not stop the fight because he wanted to do harm to Vitali's knockout ratio, but it still did not work. Briggs received severe injuries from getting his head beaten off! I hope he did not get brain damage, esp. because of boxing politics from a biased referee.............

Briggs almost got himself killed. He needs to hang 'em up. It's sad that he got ripped of by his handlers but that's not Vitali's fault.

Vitali should know better than to box this guy again. He could face charges of manslaughter.

There are still winnable fights out there for Briggs Mormeck Holyfield Mcall Rahman would all be good fights if he can get a name on his record and then knock off a younger contender like Boytsev Deimtenko or Ustinov then sure he would be within his rights to challenge Vitali again this is unlikely though Briggs will try to string some quick fire wins together and get a shot.

It would last all of 19 seconds, leaving Kimbo unconcious.

Briggs can still spark out journey men standard fighters all day.

Kimbo could beat him with more experiance because Kimbo can throw more than 3 punches a round with out nearly fainting. Briggs is gay as hell.

Briggs has been finished for a long long time. Vitali himself got ridiculed for such a bad choice of opponent, anyone fighting Briggs probably loses credibility because he's that bad.

hell I bet Foreman and Holmes rihght now would still whupp him.

Briggs showed enormous courage going the distance with Vitali and copped a career ending beating as a reward. The time has come for Briggs.
