I already rate Marquez above EM and MAB, but I know what you're saying, a Marquez victory over Pacquiao now and any case to rate EM and MAB over Marquez just would'nt hold water.

For Marquez to pass JC Chavez would be a tall task considering he's going to be 38 years old come the 3rd Pacquiao fight.

Beating Pacquiao, then coming down to 140 lbs and gunning down Khan and Bradley, then there would be a basis to rate Marquez along JC Superstar.

i expect marquez to go down fighting as his warrior spirit is too strong for him not to. but i think pac's shots are gonna land frequently and hard and while marquez looks to make his 'patented mid-round rush' pac will actually stop him before the 9th. there will be some great action in this fight while it lasts but the result, the scorecards and the post fight headlines will not reflect this.

 

No way Pac had bigger fish to fry right after he destroyed Marquez like former lightweight king pin david diaz.
