Mosley, but my favorite fight was the Judah fight. That **** was hot. I could watch that fight over and over.
There not being many fighters at 147 and 154 speaks more about the lack of talent in this era, than it does about Cotto's greatness.
A couple of fights that haven't been mentioned are his wipe-outs of Bailey and Quintana. He looked really sharp against two viable opponents that would perform well in subsequent matches.
Mosley was on the slide, but not past it; it was his best win, imo. It's Mayweather's best win at welterweight years later, and somehow Cotto's resume is just "average"?
For sure Sugar Shane win! But the Clotty, Judah, Gomez, Randall Bailey, Yuri foreman and Carlos Quintana wins are good to
Cotto is so underrated around here. Mosley was his greatest victory and that was shane's last great boxistic performance.
Greatest Victory would be Avoiding HERAB after thAT DEFEAT From PACman and still went back on Winning track ... OSCAR and HATTON failed to do this.. =)
He had a style that "suggested" sound defensive technique but always resorted to bad habits. He would have benefited greatly from a change in corner earlier in his career, most people dont realize he had been training himself since the mosley fight...probably before that fight too.
