Pretty damn quick for a guy his size. Arm punches do damage when you have that kind of weight behind them at that speed.

Now go and find the bag work from Rocky Marciano, Mohammad Ali, Joe Louis, George Foreman and watch the difference.

Video tape doesn't lie, Vitali is quicker than every single one of those fighters with one exception - Ali - even then, they're not poles apart.

I was just thinking that. Anyone would look fast throwing such short punches. They are flurries not proper punches.

    Well that looked pretty useless.
I don't know why he's practicing on body movement with his feet planted instead of doing what he does best - leaning out and moving on his feet.
It's as if he deliberately wants to stay inside the guys punching range but for what puprose? It's too close. Just gives unnecessary chances to the other guy to land.
And by the way he's not doing that good of a job dodging Oquendo's slow imitated punches either tbh

Anyone who thinks that by watching an OPEN WORKOUT that they are getting a full view of what happens behind closed doors is :nut
