I honestly dont know how someone who is a boxing fan can dislike vitali. He is always in shape, has a great work rate, pounds his guys down and stops the vast majority of them. He is respectful while still being intimidating. Dude is 6'8 monster with an unorthodox style who has never been beaten in an uncontroversial manner.

He also gave us the greatest last HW fight since....

 

No opinion on such an obvious and quite frankly "shared" observation of Vitaly. However, it is always fun to see who get butthurt over such a noncontroversial statement.

 

I don't know what haters are getting so worked up about. It is a common knowledge that his style is unorthodox and he perfected it to suit him well.

 

You should have seen Vitali as a kick boxer!!!!!!! Incredible!!!!!!! Vitali is a true warrior!!!!!!!

 

Negative! Steward may have visited Vitali in camp, but Sdunek has always trained Vitali.

Vitali is indeed great at that, but the main benefit is again, his size. Those punches would never be effective against a man his own size. Arreola, sure, but put him in there with Helenius and see how those punches work (not that Vitali is dumb enough to do that against a big man...Vitali knows his strengths and his opponent's weaknesses and boy does he exploit everything to the fullest).

 

Maybe if you'd pull your head outta your own ass you'd see what Emanuel said is correct. That's part of why his punches thrown & punches landed numbers are so good. His half uppercut/half hook is a perfect example.....................

Vitali is very awkwardly effective.

I thought Vitali put on a excellent performances against Briggs and Arreola, he was just so dominant.

 

Its Vitali's counter punching that gets underrated imo.

:deal Correct. His single punch power is a bit over rated but his defense, counter punching ability & the weird angle he throws from are what he should be known for.
