Ortize telegraphs his punches especially the jab..Floyd all night landing counters and pot shots before Ortiz can reposition himself after missing a 1,2 or 3...I don't see a ko tho might even be boring (punch out put and lands for Ortiz) but Floyd will land clean shots, and as usual plenty of holding and tie ups...I totally agree tho if Ortiz does give Floyd a tough night it's more so on Floyd than Ortiz"s skill or game plan...IMO Ortiz is too green and inexperienced fighting elite fighters which I don't think he is just yet...

This fight will only be competitive for 3 or 4 rounds before Mayweather gets Ortiz timing and rythem down. After that it will be a total clinic. Love him or hate him (I hate him) Floyd is one of the most adaptable fighters thats ever laced up the gloves. Mayweather UD.

Only fools wrote Ortiz off just because of his loss to Maidana. Whoppdeedooo, he quit when he felt he was done. He probably saved something in doing so. And let's not forget he knocked Maidana down 3 times before getting beat up. He got up from a vicious knockdown only to knock maidana down again. Ortiz is no joke and Mayweather won't have a walk in the park.ortiz has the speed and power to fuk Floyd up if Floyd has lost a step. Not to mention Ortiz has twice the balls Mosley does and will go after Floyd and make it an exciting fight.

Floyd is going to ruin Ortiz's career, Peterson gave him fits and he's a much lesser version of Floyd. Ring rust or not, Floyd is a marketing genius. :rasta

This is partially true, Ortiz was written off to soon, which is the case now as well but quiting vs maidana was a huge mistake that will haunt him and will be brought up his whole career. It still happens with vitali.
Ortiz is capable of shocking the world especially if may is slowing down or rusty from the lay offs.
But Ortiz doesnt have bigger balls then mosley:lol: despite being ***** vs pac the guy has always showed heart and will to win check his fights with forrest, winky,Oscar, vargas, cotto, mayorga. His resume speaks for itself.

No, but I do have common sense.

Be real about it. You want Ortiz to win, but how is he going to win? Please explain.

Ortiz can't afford to be overly aggressive against FMJ or else he will end up just like Hatton. It'll be competitive after maybe the first couple of rounds but that's it. Once FMJ finds his rhythm and timing, it's all over. This of course is just an assumption on my part due to the fact that I don't know if the inactivity of FMJ will hamper him through out this fight.

Yea, Mosley WAS big balled. But his later fights vs. Pac and Floyd were pretty pathetic. He shuts down as soon as he thinks he can't win. And lets not forget he tried to quit during Pac due to his blistered toe -- which was obviously an excuse to get out of the fight.
Yea, Victor quit, after taking a beating and being knocked down a few times, but he was also wet behind the ears. I don't mind when any man quits as long as they gave everything they could. Mosley went into a shell and although he didn't quit, he did absolutely nothing to try to make a fight happen.

It could be a competitive fight. It depends what version of Ortiz shows up ; the one who fought Maidana, or the one who fought Berto. Floyd is out of his element a bit against southpaws. He was rocked and put on the defensive against the likes of corley and Judah. Ortiz is a big, strong southpaw with power, and with the kind of mentality he showed against Berto he could make it a tough scrap for a little while. Floyd's age might be a factor too.

If floyd fights on the outside he could destroy ortiz and it wouls likely be a replica of the hatton fight. But floyd sAid he plans to stay in the pocket..'im not sure why he is opting to dO this but hes certinly not stupid so i am
Expecting an ndou tyPe fight except i predict ortiz to get tkod in r10
