Lies lies lies, he wasnt that desperate for that fight, the 1st time they signed and agreed to the fight it was set at 152, Roach came back and wanted 148, Margarito told him to **** off with that and they agreed on 150, now if you already agreed to 152 why would you feel you need to lower the weight later on down the line?

Do you ever stop think that maybe there is a reason they want these fights to take place at the lower weights like this? do you ever think that Maybe roach is looking for an advantage?

 

Wait, so fighting at 150 and weighing 165 on fight night is weight drained when the guy across from you is 144 wet??

 

I honestly do not recall anybody reporting what either fighter weighed on fight night. he can rehydrate up that high anyways but it still doesnt mean that he didnt have to lose something to make the weight.
Maybe not drained in that sense but needed to over train to take the extra two pounds off.
