I know by some of the music that's playing in the background it has to be at least from late 2001 and on cause I heard Nas song ''Stillmatic Intro" which came out in late 01 so you're probably on the money.

No. You go hard in sparring, but you back off/change tactics when someone gets hurt.

When I hurt someone bad I usually drive them into the ropes and try to keep them there as long as possible while I land little shots until he starts coming back or escapes. This is better for me AND him, because if I finished him off I wouldn't get to wok on that part of my game and he wouldn't have the confidence/ability to survive rough spots and come back.

    Hahahahaahahhahaha :rofl

I developed a theory about Anne Wolfe and her training methods:

Anne Wolfe was a dominant female boxer. FEMALE. Stay with me.

As a female boxer, Wolfe's mentality/methods set her apart form the puppy-loving pack, and she could dominate her opponents because she was essentially the only 'man' in a league of women.

This **** doesn't work on male boxers. Males already have a kill-or-be-killed mentality, so honing/revealing yours won't make you special. Wolfe is using optimal training techniques for females on males, and that is why Kirkland's great at beating up inferior opponents (as was Anne) yet sucks when you look at the big picture.

What worked for Wolfe will not work for her fighters.

Dude this definitely sums up my opinions on Wolfe. I watched the special on HBO and when it comes to technique you're probably better off watching an instructional video.

Also, I apologize if this sounds chauvinistic- but you'd think because Wolfe is a female her methods would psychologically produce reverse effects on her male fighters.

I remember when they interviewed Oscar and Fernando shortly before their fight, Nando kept talking about Ishe Smith and how good it was to spar with him.
