Pantera not really wanting Pascal fight.

DUH!!!!

Seriously, what would you rather - a big money fight for a title shot, or a fight against a prospect / fringe contender that would be lucky to get picked up by BAD?

 

Miranda is still a **** talker. I wouldn't expect him to give Pascal the satisfaction of knowing that he has a nice fight and payday awaiting him. He's simply down playing Pascal - by saying he's the last option.

Here's what we do know:

If Taylor wins - he'll be looking to fight Calzaghe if he wins.

If Pavlik wins - they are ready to set him up with Duddy this summer.

Calzaghe - Miranda's name isn't big enough for him. He wants Mega-Fights, since this is to be his last year fighting.

Tito - I seriously doubt it.

The Pascal fight is there for him - if he wants it.

 

Very good! I think Miranda will have no choice but to fight Pascal. Than he may get his shot at Pavlik.

There could also be a rematch with Allan Green.

Remember - when they fought the first time - Allan was dealing with a colon problem - to where he had 80% - 85% of his colon removed.

They put on a very good fight - so I wouldn't mind seeing a rematch. Allan is ranked with the Top 10 Super Middleweight - and may be ranked in the Top 5 for some.

 

Froch v Miranda. Not gonna happen any time soon, but if they both win their next 1-2 fights, this would be one i'd love to see happen. Even the thrashtalk in the lad up to it would be something else.

I doubt Miranda is afraid of Pascal. Hes just eager to fight the best, and thats the winner of Pavlick vs. Taylor. He wants to fight Pavlick to prove that hes better than him. Miranda is a tough fighter. If he really can beat Pavlick in a rematch remains to be seen.

He will fight Pascal because Pascal did everything possible for this fight to happen and Miranda's pride is hurt and he needs to fight Pascal not because it will bring him recognition or money but for himself. He won't be able to live without shuting up Pascal...
