Anyone else hoping that "The Contender" will do a season with heavies?

    To me, the heavies are more exciting to watch (or rather, they CAN be) than the lower weights, and I'd like to see the Contender show this at least one season.

    I dont see it happening the heavies dont have that much prospect talent and the ones that do dont even speak english.

    I would love to see them do a heavies contender, maybe put guys like Witherspoon, robert davis, Lance "goofy" Whittaker, and Mesi. They dont exactly have to be young fighters, just fighters that never got a chance to prove themselves in awhile.

    No, a heavies would be all wrong. Some of the more respected guys would come in almost expecting to win it, and as such the weight issues would be a problem. You would get guys flying in at 260 pounds. It simply would not work as a heavyweight tournament, especially trying to fit in 16 or so guys. You gotta have a weight class where they can't just come in any weight they want. Thats why I would love to see a cruiserweight season. That or light heavy.

    I don't want to see a heavyweight contender. There fights are boring.

    I wouldn't mind a light heavyweight contender though.

    It would be entertaining , i would love to see Audley , Guinn, Ahunanya even go for broke to grab the million you never did in years as a pro.. It would be great to see..
