Mayweather made a power move with Amir Khan

    In the interview before his live workout today, Floyd told reporters that if Khan wants a fight with him that he has to fight Vargas first and if he gets past him, then he'll most definitely fight him afterward.
    It's nice to see Floyd hyping his fighter and give Vargas some attention. This is a good way to promote his fighter, but


    What does this do to Khan's plans if Mayweather is serious about this demand :think

    A fight with Vargas would at least be hilarious. There is also the 1% chance he actually lands one of his haymakers to end it.

    Floyd is just playing some reverse psychology.

    Floyd with this statement wants people to say he's ducking Khan, then will go ahead and fight Khan with the reason to prove that he's not ducking Khan. Truth is, he's actually duckin' the midget.

    ....Or just fight the ****ing guy. Other than Pacquiao, Khan is probably the only other fight that makes sense at this point.

    I think you guys are seeing this wrong. I don't think he's ducking Khan at all. He made it very clear that he was down to fight Khan, but he was hyping Vargas through the interview and had him next to him.
    So when talking about him, he used his position to secure him a big name fight with Khan, by giving Khan the prospect of getting to Floyd himself
