:rofl:rofl:rofl imagine buddy from the video with his roided t-rex arms tryna throw a hook looool... his bicep would be rubbing on his chest
some races like afro-americans and some asian groups have excellent muscle definition with very little training at all. i knew a vietnamese dude, rip, whos body is the same as that dude in the video and he hardly worked out. some people r just lucky :|
Thats really awesome, I would have to train very hard and eat really well to become like that and it would take some time. Having a mesomorph bodytype is the best.
I don´t know how you throw a hook, but if your biceps rubbs your chest you should work on your technique. :smoke
psyhique doesnt mean how hard you train. abs are made in the kitchen, 80% is also mental. plus roids.
I understand what OP is getting at. Chris Arreola has no excuse to so grossly overweight. You guys are missing the point here.. Look at all the top guys physiques in Boxing: Manny Pacquiao Floyd Mayweather Wladimir Klitschko Amir Khan Sergio Martinez Andre Ward These guys are all at the top and look in great shape. No fat and look muscular. All top athletes in Boxing as well, not one of them look out of shape. Lawling hard at the morons in this thread that cant grasp how a top athlete looks. Floyd Mayweather has always looked muscular and ripped to shreds. He isn't cutting any corners in training that's for sure.
I don't think that guy looks roided. You guys do know that you can get that big with hard work, and the right diet.
True to some extent but when you look back through history, the GOAT boxers had incredible physiques. Tough to say that about some of todays boxers.
Haven't read the thread. But roided? He isn't even that big atsch Any **** can look like that within a year if you diet and lift heavy. Considering this is a boxing forum to, I do wonder about some people on ESB. They've probably never dieted/trained in their lives.
The question is mind boggling and I have often wondered the same thing myself. These are pro athletes who have the potential to make a lot of money as well as engaging in a sport where they could be very badly injured if they are not well trained, yet in modern times we have seen so many boxers look subpar. I have no answer......
Anyone who thinks that the gentleman in the video is on steroids must not spend much time in a gym. Sure he's built and fit, but the kinds of results that he's gained does not have to come from steroid use.
