    All I know is that Berto looked like PURE **** against Zaveck and in my opinion was on his way to take a beating of a life time and/or knocked the **** out.

    That doesn't speak well for Ortiz, considering Berto was his best opponent.

    Man come on. He hurt Gatti plenty in that fight. He buckled Gatti's knees with a left hook in the 5th round I think and that combo he threw in the 6th to the body had him pissing blood

    He hit Gatti with EVERYTHING...I just don't think Mayweather is a puncher.

    If Ortiz gets stopped it will be because Ortiz is mentally and physically exhausted from not being able to land clean shots on Mayweather.

    Then he'll get to the point where Mayweather's accuracy is too great for him to overcome and he'll start to be more tenative and at this point, it's likely Mayweather will be content with letting him cruise to a UD.

    Perhaps if Mayweather decides to put on pressure at this point, he may be able to secure a KO, the fact is Mayweather is not a puncher by any stretch...

    We'll see though...

    Either way, Ortiz doesn't have a chance. You see Berto in his last fight?

    He looked like a punch magnet.

    pissing blood is exactly wut me and a buddy said he will be doing for a week after those shots and vic will have a tolit full of plasma as well for quit some time after this fight

    What about body shot? Floyd is known to stop guys to the body and I think Ortiz is wide open for it.

    Ad yeah I saw Berto's last fight. He's disappointing. He could be so much better. He was countering and outboxing Zaveck from the outside and would do it for like 10 or 20 seconds, and then just go and try to slug it out :-(

    what pisses me of the most about the people that are so sure $ won't
    stop
    ortiz is they more often then not are not willing to bet. as of right
    now
    you can get 1.2-1 odds on the fight going the distance granted the min
    to lock
    in said odds is fairly substantial at 5k but so far under 45 thousand
    people have placed a bet based on said tezer odds. and with that said
    imho i feel most of you NOTE I
    SAID MOST of you esbers who are so sure $may can't stop ortiz would
    also
    not be willing to bet your hard earned $. now on the other end of the
    spectrum there has been in excess of 3.5 million bets on $ may to stop
    ortiz NOW DON'T get me wrong i do realize that those numbers are taken
    by
    adding up ALL the bets taking for $may to win by stoppage ie. there is
    so
    many different indavial bets in rd picking etc.. that it seems that of
    course there would be more $ on may to win but imho i think that if
    the
    general consciences is for $may to win a ud then there should be more
    $ on
    the 1.2-1 fight goes the distance bet. if you fell I'm wrong with said
    analysis pleas enlighten me

    the thing about floyd is that he COULD KO PEOPLE,HE JUST WONT.because floyd is so scared that he will get hit or even worse get knocked down or god forbid lose a fight.thats why i cant stand mayweather i see a guy that could be a killer but dont have the balls to do it.he is a waste of boxing talent,a guy who really could have been the greatest ever but settled for being undefeated.

    I think it will be competitive early. Victor will apply the preasure and make floyd work. But as the fight goes own floyd will take over. This bull**** about floyd not being able to bang is crap! He doesn't have that one KO power but his punches carry plenty of snap and are so damn accurate and fast. Towel to come in round the 11th.

    Round 2 vs Mosley.

    Round 8 vs Hatton. He folded Hatton over with a shot to the body.

    Bruseles got it bad as well the whole fight. So did Gatti. Both of them were hurt by body shots.

    Just to name a couple rounds and fights where there was solid body work done.
