At least they are recognizing him as a good fighter even though the judges don't see it that way. He's still has a good record and at least fighting the big names of the division that's what matter.

True, they repair an injustice by creating another one. But if they dont do it Ngouglo got screwed even bigger. True justice if anyone wanted it and had balls would be to turn around such robberys.

By not doing it they keep the tiltle in controle between a few fighters for years so the promoters and the crooked governing bodys get rich on destroying the show.

Well, Malignaggi has his hands full for this year with rematches with N'dou and Ngoudjo it seems, but to keep Herman as No.1 challenger was the right move IMO.

That would be an verry exciting fight, Ngoudjo vs. Urango! Would like to see it!!
I think Ngoujo is still a work in progress. He has not much experience yet, especially at top level. Urango might have more power, but Ngoudjo is more talented.

I bet some Vcash on Ngoudju since i thought the odds were good and i actually expected him to beat Pauli. I was pissed when they read those cards.

I just watched the fight and had HN winning by 2 rounds. Anything less than a draw for Ngoudjo and I consider it a robbery.

good move by the IBF. Herman should get a rematch if he wins an eliminator in the next few months.

:good misplaced aggression with frustration on your missed punches doesn't win rounds. Paulie won more rounds- paulie won the closer rounds, but the rounds herman won, he won bigger- thats all... Thats ALL it was all night.

You have to beat the champ. It is a points-by-rounds event, boxing is. Even though herman won his rounds larger, that is still a 10-9 round in his favor. but more 10-9's were in paulies favor.

and avoiding clean shots definitely does earn you more than not landing cleanly... I agree with your saying there may have been some hometown bias by the scorecards being so wide, but i wouldn't argue the 115-117 (i think it was) judge. Definitely a win for paulie, just not as impressive a win as we are used to seeing him deliver.

Ngoudjo landed the better punches in more rounds than Malignaggi

i dunno urango is a puncher and a workman and has decent skill he kinda reminds me of jeff lacy easy to hit but has such accurate hard punches that it negates all disadvantages.
it would be a good fight

well thats the problem that is not boxing thats avoiding a challenge/fight.even if your feather fisted and a quick and move around the ring this does NOT make you a boxer

by throwing a jab then clinching is alright but you HAVE to be the ring general it's under your decision to clinch not when you lunge in and grab them. ali did it becuase he was dominating them by using his size to wear them down. ruiz on the other hand doesnt he throws a jab and clinches jab move and clinch then comes out throwing a right hand then clinch this isnt being a general it's being cheeky.

running around throwing weak jab is great point getters but mali didnt do that.

also this stupid bias towards mali becuase he is feather fisted and cant produce powerpunches...load of rubbish powerpunches are hooks uppercuts and cross's he landed very few while ngoudjo landed just as many of these powerpunches to mali's jab.
