That is a modern hard work out there. Plyo, cardio, weight training. Good ole' kettle ball as well. I'll say one thing for margo, at least he trains seriously for fights. I am no fan of his ever since he was caught cheating. But, he gives himself the best chance for winning being in the best shape.

 

Funny how guys train like that and still gas after just a few rounds.
