the reason for this was how he will be taxed more if he exceeded a certain number of days training in USA. also, pac likes it more that he would not be away from home for that long time. as of now he is taking 1 month of training in US and 1 month in the philippines. even mayweather doesn't want to fight outside vegas because probably he would too far away from his comfort zone. remember that they quickly dismiss cowboys stadium for a venure back then.

 

PrinceN, you said yourself you are not an expert on PEDs and i am assuming you don't know much about the tests too. i for one do not know much about PEDs except for what i read here on esb, and won't claim to be knowledgable on them. how come though you seem to have taken quite strong stand on the osdt already though, that it should be the testing that floyd requested, no ifs and buts?

some are pointing out that there are drugs that can be cycled out throughout the year. this i'm not sure if that's correct. but a yearly perpetual random test would seem to be the best solution to your concern and everybody's towards a clean sport.

If Manny agrees to full OSDT and Mayweather doesn't agree due to him wanting to train in the Philippines for the first half then I would have to side with Pac on that one. If Pac has to trust USADA then Mayweather has to trust what ever agency they use in over there. Can't force another boxer to train in the USA.

Maybe they can have 1 or 2 reps from other countries to oversee and ensure everything is done credibly. For both sides

 

If Manny agrees, they should not fight in Vegas, where Xyclocaine is accepted.
